Glen Canyon Lecture Series Presents

“The Arizona Trail” by Sirena Dufault

Tuesday January 15th, 2013, 7:00 pm (Mountain Standard Time) at Carl Hayden Visitor Center at Glen Canyon Dam.

The Arizona National Scenic Trail is a continuous, 800+ mile diverse and scenic trail across Arizona from Mexico to Utah. It links deserts, mountains, canyons, communities and people. Join Sirena Dufault from the Arizona Trail Association as she shares stories from her mostly-solo hike of the Arizona Trail.

Page is an important Arizona Trail Gateway Community.  A place where hikers, bikers and equestrians can come to relax and refuel before or after their Arizona Trail journey. Come learn more about this trail that belongs to all Arizonans.

Admission is free. The Glen Canyon Lecture Series is sponsored by Glen Canyon Natural History Association, Powell Museum, and Page Public Library.
