You can help make the wishes of Page area senior citizens come true by participating in the Powell Museum’s Golden Angel Program. A garland at the Museum is decorated with golden angels which represent local seniors who may be alone or in need for the holidays. The Page Community Center has provided a list of these names and each angel has a corresponding number and wish. Wishes may include things like books, robes, blankets or other smaller items. No perishable food will be accepted. Return the wrapped gift along with the angel to the Museum and it will be delivered right before the holidays to the deserving Page senior citizen. The Angel Tree will be available beginning Friday October 31. This is the 5th year the Museum has given the community an opportunity to come in and sign out a Golden Angel off the tree! If you know a senior you would like to include, please contact Viki Wainwright or Pat Talbott at the Museum- 928 645-9496.
